Who Has More Fun Than People!?

Well, this day puts an end to a really interesting summer. This past week I must have to say was the best week I had during the whole summer. Unfortunately I have to go back and learn tomorrow, but it's mostly art. But I do have to do math and english. Yay. I'm really sad that it's the last day, I mean I had so many laughs where I work, and I have to say it was pretty great working with them and seeing everyone again. 

Our staff party was amazing. We were on a boat, which of course caused me to sing "I'm On A Boat" by The Lonely Island.  We had some pretty good times on that boat and at the after party. It was the best night, but the morning not so much. It hurt. Haha :)  Yesterday was also pretty well amazing minus the fact that I almost drowned in the waves in Lake Erie.  Today is now my last day of work, and I'm kind of depressed, but also excited. I wanna see everyone tomorrow, but at the same time, I like working and earning money. 

But that's pretty much it, :)

I'm currently wondering why I got up at 5AM while on my summer vacation, I mean yes it's over in a little under a month but fuck it's 5AM. Now it's 7AM, and I have a feeling if I do stuff it'll go by SO fucking fast and then I can go back to sleep again. That seems like a good idea. I'm going to make my coffee sit and watch tv or listen to my iPod. I also bought my sister Hot Mess for her birthday and she's very stoked. Today is her birthday, I gave her the presents at midnight, just so she'd shut up but my parents are waiting until they wake up.  I should make her a cake, but I don't believe we have the mix for the one she wants. I just wanna motor man! Just because I'm very very bored and my friends were out partying last night and won't be up until late. I however just worked. Wow this blog is very self pity. Only because I'm really tired. Man, I also fell asleep at 1AM. Or shortly after. And what does everyone think about Jeffree Star's new picture while she's on her "period"... I personally think it's kinda gross, but slightly amusing, more gross than anything though.

Anyway if I get bored I'll either tweet or blog more. Not sure yet, but yeah. Sleep sleep sleep & coffee coffee coffee!! :)

I'm tired as fuck! I was up at like 10:30 in the morning, maybe a bit earlier. I miss waking up at noon  already. I worked last night and fell asleep around 12:45AM. Too many am's. 

So, anyway I think I had the most fun at work I ever had minus the one night last summer when we were all drinking& cooking! :o  This one cook Darlene, holy shit I almost pissed my pants- literally. Like the shit she says, can make me laugh for hours- I'm still kinda laughing, I also told her that she's a bad influence on me. She doesn't care, it's nice.  Because everyone in the kitchen is at the age of 40+ they kinda assume I don't know what a lot of things are... which I do and then when I'm like "holy shit you're dirty" they're going on about how I shouldn't know it. But they also thought I was well over the age of 18. I love the ladies I work with though, they make my night and I can swear and laugh and cry and they won't care, or tell my mother! :) 

Kay I'm working again tonight, but I think I'm gonna take a nap before I go. It might be a good idea :)

Anyone have really great songs to listen to through summer- I have a lot of the same things as I did last summer like Led Zeppelin and such.  But, anyone have some suggestions? 

So, it's July.16 already :)  I went to my cousins' wiped out badly, I'm still nursing the wounds/bruises and it happened a week ago yesterday! It's mostly effecting my muscle more than anything else.  So, I've been working, it's great, I love working until close for some reason.  I guess it's cause I work so many hours and make a lot of money :) 

My mom's birthday was on Monday, I made her a cake- she said it was really good, which was nice. We went shopping and bought black and pink Roxy high top shoes, I can't find a picture or I'd post it. We bought my sister Roxy flip flops cause at the moment, we're all sharing flip flops. But then again, we're also sharing ballet flats and sneakers too, minus my Adidas and high heels.  Summer has been good, thought about buying a cell, but I decided I'm gonna save my money.  I'm kinda sad I'm not going down east with my grandparents, but I'm kinda really happy I'm staying home and working and earning quite a bit of money between work and babysitting. :)

Anyway that's my crappy update, I have nothing to bitch about like world issues or anything- yet anyway :) 

Oh, and I saw Bruno last week- Friday opening day. I thought it was really really super funny, other people I've talked to said it was shitty but I laughed so much. Totally not age appropriate for my little cousins who went (ages 10&11) but they actually understood it :| . So, Bruno's assistant Lutz looks exactly like my boss which I thought was even funnier cause they're both gay.  So I'd recommend it, but some people don't have the same sense of humour as me.  I also saw The Hangover, which was also really good.  I wanna see The Proposal, My Sister's Keeper, and Harry Potter. I wanna see Harry Potter the most like so bad you have no fuckin' idea! Haha, yesterday was opening day, but oyyyyy so stoked :)

I've been on vacation just over a week, it's been pretty nice. I finished with an 81% average and I'm finally going into fuckin' grade 11!  God damnit I'm so excited.  I just spent a few days at my grandparents cause I need a place to crash and a ride to get to and from work.  It was good to see my grandmother in good condition after all the shit she went through in the hospital.  So, today was like the only day I get to sleep in my own bed and have access to an amazing computer(iMac) and high speed internet. My aunt has high speed, but her computer is like  7 years old and a PC. -_- so it's not the greatest cause my cousins put random shit on it.  But I've been working and socializing, cut all my hair off, well only five inches and I loves it :) 

So, I saw my friend, I bitched at him and I'm blaming my hormones cause it was that reason, I feel bad now but if I see him soon, I will apologize, I should also learn to be a bit nicer to men... but it's a guy ? Anyway I'm going to attempt to make plans to get my cousin Jayme out here cause she's sooo much fun, haha which is true, she really is, and then Laura to go bowling with my little sister too.  I hope this summer is going to be good, but I have high expectations which blows. 

But I'm listening to Voulez-Vous from Mamma Mia, and honestly I hate Abba and every song they have, but I watched the last part of the movie last night when I got home from work.. well actually to my grandparents but it's like home. Anyway I woke up and it was stuck in my head and I'm as pissed off as a baby seal getting clubbed. So that's about it.

Okay, so today and last night was quiet the eventful expierence.  Full moon- not good for kids under the age of like 7... Like man, the girl I babysat went all hyper randomly! Today... I'm not even gonna start. But I do have National MusicFest tomorrow! I'm kind of excited because of the fact that we get to ride on coach busses and miss school, but I get to look for hot band geeks... um yeah, I'm cool :) 

So, I have some really awesome (or so I think) lovey (kinda) songs that once again are new and old because I don't like sticking to one specific band (unless it's MCR, or Led Zeppelin) so I have like a few that are pretty rad and definately songs that you people should listen to.  

So; not all will agree because I've sent some to friends and they think I'm insane, but they love it anyway :]
1. Wonderful Tonite by Eric Clapton : absolutely amazing! It's adorable and has gotten me to the point of tears.
2. Tangled Up In Me by Skye Sweetnam; I think this is cute, it's kinda old but I think it's down to earth, and so cute.
3. I Almost Told You I Loved You by Papa Roach; so not really a love song, but has a really good sound to it.  It's true when people say the damndest things when you're on top of them... or if everyone is saying "I love you".
4.  FNT by Supersonic; I know I said to listen to this before, but it's another adorable song.  "Has anyone told you that you're lovely and that you're perfect", it's so sweet and something I'd want a guy to say to me.
5. What A Catch Donnie by Fall Out Boy; I can't remember if I was listening to this on the computer over iTunes or on my iPod or it thumping through my sister's speakers, but after closely listening, I find it to be cute.  
6. Guilty Pleasure by Cobra Starship; No idea when it came out, don't have a lot of background information on this band, but I do think that they have a lot of sweet tunes other than their parodies "I Kissed A Boy" and "Hollaback Boy", although "Snakes on a Plane" was also a big hit by them, their other things are good too.
7. The Girl by City and Colour; this is so sweet. Not many of us can relate to always constantly having a guy on the road, but the lyrics are so adorable, and you can tell (possibly) that Dallas Green's love could be true. It's yet another cute song.

So, I believe I'm done for today... I have to be at school for 8AM, which sucks but I need to sleep and relieve myself of all the shitty events of today.  One of my friends totally made my day today, which was amazing and so are they, but Laura, you're amazing cause you listened to me rant all of lunch and I helped you raid the messy cupboards in the music room :]

So, I'm currently bored, and SHOULD be doing homework... seeing as I have so much of it.  Anyway, Mothers Day tomorrow. Hope you're all appreciating some woman that you look up to, mother or grandmother. My sister and I bought our mom roses, framed a picture of us and I made her a card like Easter weekend. Which happens to be a while ago now.  I should be doing a Physics review right now or doing Biology work, or even a sketch but I dn't know what to draw.  I've been painting my room for like two weeks, this week is the final week and I'm stoked to have my room back and to have it finished. It's gonna look amazing, well I hope anyway.  Next weekend- May 2-4, I'm kinda mad that I'm not on shift at work... cause yeah, I wanna go back so bad. But I don't have much of an update so, I'm gonna go do my homework :) 

My my my, where has the time gone? I'm shocked that I've been pretty good at keeping up on some updates, but it's May.1 already! I'm so shocked, like schools almost done, believe me, I'm happy about that.  33 more days until my first exam, 34 days until my one cousin graduates elementary... I have a warm fuzzy feeling about that.  Cause it was funny, last time we spent easter morning together before this years... we were in diapers.  He was like one, I was two.  Now he's 14 and I'm 15, but going to be 16.  Like man, it felt like this year just started, and now we're like 5 months in! Like, I'm stoked about May 2-4 weekend and summer vacay, but it's gonna be 2010 by the time we know it.  

Is that a good thing? Maybe, cause June 2011 I graduate.  It's a weird thought though.  I don't know, like I just started... haha anyway a bunch of emotions going through me.  But Summer is gonna be amazing cause, I'm going back to T.P to work in two weeks, I'm stoked cause I miss it.  And I miss some friends down there, but hey some of us were meant to go our separate ways.  I also wanna see that No Doubt tour with Paramore and there are some dates with Bedouin Soundclash cause I love all three bands and so does my one friend and my aunt. So I actually think that'd be a pretty sweet line up.  

I also wanna go to this one thing in a park about an hour away from here cause I think it'd be cool, last year I wanted to see April Wine soooo bad and The Trews, but couldn't cause of my schedule, but hopefully this year I get to go and maybe go down east again, that was fun.  Haha anyway I'm just letting you know how shocked I am that it's already MAY!

Hope everyone enjoys this month and not having to scrape off their windshields anymore... cause that was a pain in the ass.  Haha, good ol' Canadian winters :)

So, is it just me or doesn't energy drinks truly make you do the oddest things? Last night I had an Amp energy drink and I decided hey, since I have like no one to hang out with, why don't I finish cleaning my room because I'm going to start the renovation project soon.  Well, I went so crazy and my room is unbelievably clean. Like vacuumed put everything away nice and neatly, but now I have to wash my walls and buy my paint and move things around so I don't get paint everywhere. 

I'm stoked about redoing my room because it's been a green colour for many years and although green is my favourite colour, I'm in need of a change and if I could afford to redo it every year, I so would. But since money doesn't grow on trees and my parents are willing to pay for it, I do it every 5 odd years.  I think that's the amount of time I've been up there.  Actually I've only been in the attic for about 7 years.  Before that I shared a room with my awesome little sister, but now I'm redoing it pretty cool colours.

While I was cleaning my room, my sister and my friend were making fun of me saying how I'm so tiny and crazy on an adrenaline rush but now my room is spotless, so I think energy drinks make me do things, or just gives me some type of motivation.  But anyway, I have some pretty cool songs that I might've had on a previous list but here's some more song that I've been listening to recently that I think are pretty cool and may have been around for a bit.

Oh and as I power cleaned my room for a few hours, I pinched yet another nerve in my back, it feels like it's right on my spinal cord though. I don't think that's a good thing.

So, another week has come and gone and a new one is currently beginning.  I'm loving the weather today although I had a very lazy day, I sat around watching movies and then wrote a resume/cover letter and put away laundry.  Two movies I watched were "10 Things I Hate About You" and "Pulp Fiction".  I thought Pulp Fiction was amazing and actually really funny. 

So, last night I was listening to the radio which I don't do very often because of commercials and all that, I heard a song that really caught my attention, actually probably a few just I had started to fall asleep, but I heard "Get On Your Boots" by U2 and my friend Chris was talking about it cause I showed him a picture of my boot, it was actually funny. But I just heard it and I thought it was  funny, but I heard it when I was half asleep and laughed the whole song cause I'm that dumb when I'm tired.  And today as I was putting away maybe two weeks worth of laundry(for once) I heard this City and Colour song.  I thought it was soo good and amazing.  But then again, a lot of the songs I've been listening to lately I say are amazing, but I thought this one was really cute and thoughtful.  It's called "The Girl" and because I rarely listen to the radio I was glad I did today, and I was also saving my spot in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.  But I am also in love with George Strombopolous and his radio and TV show along with Allan Cross.  They are my idols.  Most people would choose a band, and at one point I would, but they are my idols.  

So next weekend is Easter weekend, and although it's a religious weekend, I must admit as bad as it is, I love the chocolate aspect.  No, I'm not religious by any means because I chose to go against my family and just believe what I would like and shockingly my family respects that, actually just my parents do, I wouldn't dare tell my grandparents that.  

Anyway, it's also the anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death.  Just throwing that out there, and I do love Nirvana and it's a shame that he died but to honour him... go listen to Nirvana.  I suggest "Smells Like Teen Spirit" because it was named after a deoderent of one of Kurt's ex girlfriends.  See, I listen to Allan Cross too much, actually his show is on at like nine in the morning so I don't really get a chance to listen, but I think that's from last year, and it just stuck with me.  I am truly a music geek aren't I? Well, I think that's all I'm gonna say and I'm going to work on my science lab or chat with people.

A movie that I've seen three times and still am in love with is Passchendaele. I know it's Canadian made, but hey most war movies are American made (no offence). I love it. I saw it accidently with 3 of my friends one Friday night back in November. We wanted to see Madagascar 2, but it wasn't in our theater yet. So Passchendaele it was. The first time I saw it, I loved the concept and my name happened to be one of the main character's names. And, the guy I liked (who I saw it with who was my friend, then boyfriend THEN friend again) happened to have the other main character's name, Michael. Soooo, that was the first reason I loved it. So, I like history, I'm a bit of a history nerd and history just fascinates me. I thought a lot of the movie was brilliant and I think Paul Gross is a genius for making this amazing Canadian movie.

So, on another note a few movies actually ALL the movies I saw in the previews for this, "Blindness", "Milk", and "Stone of Destiny" all caught my intrest. It happens that my mom and I rented Milk too, so I'm going to watch that in the morning/afternoon. They all look like amazing movies. Out of all of them, I think Milk seems the most interesting then Stone Of Destiny. Blindness just seems like it would be interesting to watch. I think that I'm going to eventually see Blindness and Stone Of Destiny. I know Stone of Destiny comes out in August of this year, but I really really want to see it badly, like it doesn't seem that good but I love Scottish accents, over British ones because I am Scottish... hah. But I also love Irish accents too. That may seem a little irrelevant but, British accents annoy me, unless it's in Harry Potter.

Oh, I'm also looking forward to Harry Potter! I was gonna see that and Twilight for my birthday, but Harry Potter was delayed and Twilight never made it in my theater until December something. I saw it December 7, day after my Semi Formal. So, with the whole Twilight saga, I went to Wal Mart for 8AM on a Saturday morning to buy it because it was cheaper... yes I'm a Twilight fan... just because I read all of the books way over a year ago and fell absolutely in love. But this year, I'm very much looking forward to Harry Potter, I love those movies... I couldn't really get into the books for some all reason, I read the 6th one like two years ago so I don't really remember, but I think I'll re-read it. But it's on one of my "to see movie" list.

Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays as much as I am right now. Today I have a day to veg and do whatever. :)
I don't think I've updated for a while, so the updates that I have is, that I'm no longer single, Michael (who was my ex) and I are now back together and it's been amazing I forgot how much I missed him and loved him (anyone able to realate to that)?

Christmas Eve, my mom's side came to the house, the most fucking fun I have had for SUCH a long time. Why is that? Well, holiday cheer (Vex coolers), some tunes and some great food made it absolutely amazing. We had so much fun and it lasted til about 1AM when my uncle who stayed at our house was going around yelling "HO HO HO" to convince my sister and I there IS a Santa Claus... but really when you're 15 and 12.... you know there definatly isn't. So it was fun. Christmas Day, I got a camera and leg warmers... and a lot more, like money :) . My family didn't really drink at all that day because they were hung over from the party we had Christmas Eve.

I hope everything is going to be much more than all that happened this year, although I thought it was an amazing year, there was a lot of fights, events that sucked and friendships that fell apart. Love grew, I actually grew up a lot over the summer, learnt that there are people worse off and that I shouldn't complain, the world is good, most of it anyway. :)

School will probably be VERY interesting when I get back, and I should be working on an english project, I don't want to, this is much more better. Some of the songs that have probably been out most of the year, that I think are absolutly amazing are my Top 5 as of today (December.27.2008)

So I have no interesting title for this journal... so I thought the date would do :)
Anyway I've been going kinda non-stop this week. It's been weird and kind of frustrating all in one. But it's always good to let loose with your friends on a Friday night, if I do say so myself. So semi formal is coming up, I have a date... but no dress yet. I went to Lime Ridge mall in Hamilton, and I had NO luck. I'm not kidding you in all the dress stores they have or anything with a dress in there, I went in and came out with nothing. I bought nothing at all. My mom wouldn't even let me in Blue Notes one of my favourite stores ever. It sucked balls. But when I did find a dress, I would've had to get it altered and there wouldn't be much point to that because it would've cost even more money and the dress had a part that was wrecked and the clerk wouldn't even give us a discount! Wow, that was a long sentence. But anyway I'm going to my favourite dress store that unfortunatly moved to like the next town over so I have to get a ride. But I will hopefully have amazing luck there, because I always do :)

So last night, friday I went bowling and mini putting with my friends Michael, Dennis, Stella and Gillian. It was so much fun. Michael was hilarious with making stupid jokes and doing dirty things to the pool table and stick. Oh yeah... and I like him why? Good question I'll figure it out later. Haha. When we went mini putting, I lost my ball and it was by the enterance of the building, the owner said I hit it too hard, but I replied with "In all honesty, I didn't the balls are really bouncy" he didn't really like it. So I think him and his wife were glad when we left around five after nine. Stella had to work today and Michael has to babysit until tomorrow. Which must suck. Anyway we have snow, and it's cold now. Don't like it much and Christmas is in like a month. I'm soo excited!

But right now I'm really excited for Christmas and I'm listening to celtic music. I don't know why but I love it. :)

So, I just turned 15, and I'm getting caught up with school work and the excitement of Semi-Formal and for my date? My ex, Michael. haha. But yeah, I'll post something else later, but note to self... a religion project is under Archieve Feb.2008... just so i remember :)

So, if I could say what I feel right now, I would've already told you. Would you feel the same way? I have no clue. I hope you do anyway. If you were to read this right now, I would be glad that you know now, but embarassed at the same time. Don't ask why. Why do I like you so effin much... I mean, what is it about you that makes me attracted? It's really confusing me. But at the same time I feel so happy and I feel like I could scream and hug you and never let you go, but you're the one who drove me crazy by pissing me off. I know you do it intentionally, but still, why do I freak out?
I love when you say random stuff to me, but I'm always afraid to say what I feel because of your reaction... and then I think, I've fallen apart over a guy. And then I listen to some pretty sweet music and then I smile like crazy... which I never do, but hey I'm the happiest I've been in like forever. Thanks for that... I guess I'm glad that you'll never read this cause these are defiantly things I'll never say.

So, the majority of the songs are the ones that my mom really likes and the band with the most songs on this list would be My Chemical Romance. My sister, my mom and I all listen to pretty much the same things and this would include MCR. Fallout Boy is second because my mom really likes a lot of their songs, along with my sister who is INLOVE with them. Haha. There's a bit from every genre ie: rock, classical rock, hip hop, r&b, etc. I guess this is showing that my almost 40 year old mother has expanded what she's been listening to because she never liked My Chem or Fall Out Boy but now she really does. Rehab has the most play counts because my mom's inlove with that song, I call it our family theme song. And that's just another story for another journal entry.
