So, if I could say what I feel right now, I would've already told you. Would you feel the same way? I have no clue. I hope you do anyway. If you were to read this right now, I would be glad that you know now, but embarassed at the same time. Don't ask why. Why do I like you so effin much... I mean, what is it about you that makes me attracted? It's really confusing me. But at the same time I feel so happy and I feel like I could scream and hug you and never let you go, but you're the one who drove me crazy by pissing me off. I know you do it intentionally, but still, why do I freak out?
I love when you say random stuff to me, but I'm always afraid to say what I feel because of your reaction... and then I think, I've fallen apart over a guy. And then I listen to some pretty sweet music and then I smile like crazy... which I never do, but hey I'm the happiest I've been in like forever. Thanks for that... I guess I'm glad that you'll never read this cause these are defiantly things I'll never say.

So, the majority of the songs are the ones that my mom really likes and the band with the most songs on this list would be My Chemical Romance. My sister, my mom and I all listen to pretty much the same things and this would include MCR. Fallout Boy is second because my mom really likes a lot of their songs, along with my sister who is INLOVE with them. Haha. There's a bit from every genre ie: rock, classical rock, hip hop, r&b, etc. I guess this is showing that my almost 40 year old mother has expanded what she's been listening to because she never liked My Chem or Fall Out Boy but now she really does. Rehab has the most play counts because my mom's inlove with that song, I call it our family theme song. And that's just another story for another journal entry.

So, I've tried to post something, and then I'd get distracted... but now that I FINALLY have time... I guess I'll write a little journal.
So, Halloween is coming up and I'm excited like always. I have NO idea what I'm dressing up as but I have fishnets so I think I'm covered. Since school started... almost 2 months ago, things have been hectic. I've been with my family almost every weekend in Ancaster, and I love it there. I mean I don't remember spending so much time with my dad's side of the family.
The first Tuesday of October was fair. Fair was pretty fun. With the exception of a few things. I mean it was good just hanging out with Mike until like 1 in the afternoon, then hung out with Laura and yeah. It was an okay day. I think it was just better with the three of us though. So, then the next day I helped out with fair parking... no not actually parking cars but directing traffic (that's what I get for being in band) and the weather was shitty. Down pour and freezing cold. So, then I took two shifts on Saturday and it was really freakishly warm out. Contradicting weather... definately sucked. Then Sunday was thanksgiving. That was fun. It was good to just have a relaxing family thing. Not too many people. So, it was good. Monday, my sister and I went back to the fair and ran into Mike and his (and my) friend Dennis. Camille wasn't enthused by this, she thought they were extremely immature... which they are but that's why I love them. :)
So, I was tired and got sick... then next weekend my cousin came home from Europe so I saw her, and it was good. I stayed at their house in Ancaster and it was fun.
On the Friday I saw Nick and Norah's Infinate Playlist... it was amazing. I loved it! It was soo good. So, then this week was pretty easy except my parents left and I had to walk to school and for some reason it got down to -3 degrees out. But thankfully I have my "Second mommy" who is Laura's mom. I'm her fourth daughter. Or the daughter she never had. Does anyone think this is "normal"... cause I know it's a bit weird, but it's also a good thing.
So, and I just realized I've been saying "so" a lot... but that I guess is normal for me. But anyway, last night (Thursday) was our first dance, but it was Juniors only. I got Mike to go, Laura and a bunch of other friends went too. It was a lot of fun and I'm amazingly happy, the most happy I've been for a long time. :)
And it's finally the weekend I'm still sick but I think that with a weekend of just minimal homework and not having to do anything will be good. I mean, I've been on the go for... almost a month with tests and fair, and holidays, etc. and like no time to sleep, but I should get better by Monday... and this was my short-ish journal. I think it was a good enough update but yeah. I will most definately try and update more and with pictures. :P

So I remember almost exactly ALL the events that happened last labour day weekend, the weird memories and the good times. This labour day I think was one of the best... I'd say if some parts happened last year that happened this year but with some of the same people it would've been perfect. I mean don't get me wrong, I loved hanging out with Laura, Camille and Laura's boy friend Marc cause it was a lot of fun, I just wish I had gone for ice cream in Turkey Point. But I just stopped working in the ice cream shop so I'm kinda glad I didn't go for ice cream.

So school is starting tomorrow and I'm kinda glad to go back, I mean I wanna see a lot of my guy friends and a lot of people I haven't seen all summer, which surprisingly went by so effing fast.

The song "All Summer Long" by Kid Rock was like my summer song along with oh so many others and listening to it now, kinda makes me sad cause I believe I listened to it on my first day of summer vacation.. or one of them anyway. I remember being in the car with my aunt and cousin after my cousin's baseball game and watching the sun sorta setting in Hamilton. It was smoggy but very pretty in a very odd way.

In a way I wish I had done more over summer break but it was really close to perfect anyway. I met people, made quick friendships and made money. All great things. I kinda travelled, but mainly in the Hamilton area... like always. Shopped a lot.. hung out with Laura and visited with Michael... well actually we ran into him at the mall and bombarded him. He didn't care cause he was "looking" after his brother and his brothers friend.

So there were oh so many amazing moments throughout the summer and I didn't have a camera for most of them. Which really sucks, but I don't own one. :)

I will come December... hopefully. XD

So, I have just over a week of summer vacation and a few more shifts at work. I'm sad that I won't be working again til next summer mainly because a lot of my summer fun was had there. Insane moments, after work on the way home... driving through Spooky Hallow up a hill and almost into a tree cause there was a HUGE bug in the car. Good times Mon. :P
So, I have my schedule and I have a religion class in the morning, which pisses me off. Mainly because I'm almost still trying to get awake in first period and c'mon I don't like religion... I did last year, but this year is this year... I know I shouldn't be making pre judgement but meh. So, with going back to school and all, I get to return the sax and flute I borrowed over the summer, and then I get to play the flute til next June... and repeat til I graduate highschool. :)
So, I've heard a lot of interesting music, expirenced a lot of fun times and am sad to say, this was the best summer thus far. I think I said that last summer, but this one, was just wow... just so interesting. I met new people, becoming friends with them and partying with them, drinking with them... it was just a lot of fun. I want to work there (where I currently am) next summer, but I don't know yet. Hopefully some people will come back, I don't know though.

Well, I just discovered that my grandfathers' 80th birthday party is in a month... and that I don't wanna dress up. I wanna go in skinny jeans and my Saraycus (sp?) sweatshirt. It's a very nice sweatshirt but my sister said no. I should make an effort... even though it's as if he's not really my grandfather. Cause I have seen him for 5 years and I don't think he really cares enough to email... I mean he never emailed me back cause it went straight to his junk folder... I was thanking him for my bday card and money. It pissed me off and my anger grew towards him. So, I guess I'll be posting pictures of outfits... cause I have no idea what to wear. It pisses me off. I mean I like to dress up, but this isn't an occasion I want to dress up for... get what I'm saying? Following, not following?

There is a lot of truth to that. Haha, well considering that I was looking at blue juice, it seemed awesome. So, got off of work like an hour ago and I haven't nothing really better to do but to write a journal. I've been listening to some pretty random songs and my life seems... or summer rather seems like it's flying the fuck by as we speak. Hamilton one day, paint dresser the next, go to Wal Mart and sleep half the day after... Thursdays there and you're painting the dresser and then it's Friday and you're at work. Only another hour and it'll be Saturday. And it's already fuckin' August!! Next month... exactly to date... it'll be a school night! Scary thought yes... and also reality... so while someone's reading this... do you remember those summer nights working and hanging out with friends then thinking.. holy shit in a month it'll be a fucking school night? That means I have one more month to dress all pretty and and and NOT wear a uniform. This makes me jump for joy... OH JOY!

So, a few songs I've been listening to would be songs by: PCD, Theory of a Deadman, Shiny Toy Guns and Van Halen... which are all pretty good... so yeah... that's about it. I'm kinda tired and I think I'm going to the Friendship Festival with a girl I work with tomorrow, so I'm gonna sleep and get up EARLY... around noon is early but that'd be like ... 13 hours of sleep... So, it's mid July... which is pretty odd considering that last year around this time I was in Stoney Creek getting hit on by my cousin's friend. Now I guess my friend as well. So soon I'm going shopping with my sister and my mom's friend Jen. Who we call Aunt Jen cause she's that cool. ;p . We're hopefully shopping in downtown Hamilton and at Limeridge. I know my way around that place so well it's so unbelieveable. haha. Anyway I've been working in little Turkey Vegas... aka Turkey Point in the little ice cream shop off my mother's bar. Not exactly her bar but she runs it. It's a party every night in the kitchen and it's a riot. Last weekend was Pottahawk weekend which is when all these boats are linked together off of Pottahawk Point just beyond the mariana. Some 19 year old from Hamilton asked me for my number which I found to be hilarious. He was cute but hey, I'm enjoying the single life thus far at the moment.

So, today/this morning Friday is my last day/sleep in Stoney Creek. I've been here the last few days but have not posted anything seeing as my uncle would be like "why are on there?" blah blah blah. And my cousin like lives on the thing. Stupid little ****. He should just lighten up. 

The many things I've done here is clean up my aunt's kitchen, living room and basement for $20. Which was pretty good. I hung out with my cousin Adam, which I learned later that he is a downer and that he's full of shit. I hung out with a few people, tried to pull an all nighter... didn't work. Thursday, I woke up and went to a skatepark with my cousins Jake and Luke and our friend Matt. It was pretty good. My uncle called me a trooper for putting up with them... but I had coffee later which made me happy but I did however burn my tounge.  Cause I'm that fucking cool. Haha.

So I'm leaving today around 2PMish... or 1PMish. But, that's to go to work. Working Friday until Tuesday or something dumb cause of Canada Day weekend. Ah, a year ago, I was graduating elementary and chasing summer boys although I had a boyfriend... ah me being me. I'm also missing out on a FREE April Wine concert in Gage park this weekend. I was so bummed out that I couldn't go. My dad's like "don't care" I'm like damn... I was pretty bummed out. Anywho, Jake might put another hole in the mattress, so I think I'm gonna go and lay on it and try to sleep while I can and then go to work... after I get home. Awesomeness right?

I'm finally off in the working world.. I have a job scooping ice cream and working in the kitchen where my mother works. I'm also out of school. My first year of high school, done! It went by so quickly. I was the timid girl walking through the doors of a huge school, a weird boyfriend... now I'm confidant about school, and joined the band, also without the weird boyfriend. It was a long 10months of working at things to get them right and nearly perfect, but now that I'm done, I'm wondering what next year will be like. Then it could be a worse expirence then this year, although this year was a pretty good year with some terrible bits and pieces.

So, I'm thinking about going to Stoney Creek with my friend Laura. I'd bring Camille, but she's done on Thursday. And this is gonna, hopefully be a pretty radical summer.... yes Camille I took your word radical.

Anyway, how's everyone planning on spending their summer? Working, playing. More work than play?

As I sit here, Saturday night talking to Laura who is babysitting. I'm pondering many things... and listening to a piece of band music I'm gonna be learning in the summer. Witch's Brew... doesn't seem like much... but oh it is. It's crazy. High and low notes... but it sounds pretty cool. So tomorrow's father's day. My grandparents are coming over for dinner... hopefully my grandmother won't be wiped out by it. Probably not, she's not gonna be walking too much. Thankfully. So exams are almost here. 17th is when they start. THEN I'M DONE FUCKING FRENCH!!!!!! Hell yes.

So plans for the summer is working. Atleast it's three days a week. I'm scooping ice cream on the beach. :) ... that means I probably won't get to stay a week at my aunts but oh well. So, the suns setting on the Simcoe night sky. It's pretty. Not much colour though.

I just came up with this really cool thing to paint... I'm gonna do it in oil and then frame it. Hopefully it'll look pretty cool... or so I hope. I might have a picture of it when I'm done. If I have time atleast. Exams... work, hmm... yes I will have time seeing as I am a procrastonator. Yess awesome quality... :P

Soo... anyway I'm gonna study for my stupid french exam... better start now, it's only 3 days away. Wow... thats' soon.

A legendary band that was loved and hated by many. A band that had an almost completely different sound from any other band in the 60's and 70's. Led Zeppelin, is what I have to say, one of the greatest bands out there. Everyone in my family listens to them, and I'm glad I was introduced to them at a young age of like 3 or younger. The ages that are listening in my family range from 9 to 74. Many years between. Yes, they're currently touring and the tickets cost an arm and a leg. Which sucks, cause if I had the chance to see them... I'd die.

Has anyone on here seen Led Zeppelin live? Lucky you.

So, a lot of their coolest songs are from Houses Of The Holy, Led Zeppelin 1&4. I think those are the greatest albums. And lets not forget the song Thank You. I was exposed to a lot of that stuff over the summer because my parents told me NOW that their wedding song was Thank You. Although my dad wasn't too big on it, he grew to like it and thought of it as a great song to use for their wedding.

Anyway. If you don't listen to Zeppelin, I suggest you do. And if you don't like them, give them another chance. I had so much more to say about this band, but my head that once swirmed with thoughts has run dry.

So this summer is suppose to be one of the hottest ones we've ever seen. And I'm not talking about good looking people, awesome trends or amazing music. I'm talking about the weather. Although I'm sure there are some pretty awesome trends. Haven't heard much new music but hey, there's always room for such things.

If the weather gets hot, energy costs are also going to be going up because people will be running their AC's all summer. I unfortunatly may be one of them because living in the attic, and those places get really heated in the summer. But thankfully if I'm not in town, I shut it off. There are from few to far ways to conserve energy. One could be hanging your clothes outside instead of running the dryer. Switch to cold water. I don't know off hand what any others are, but there are a ton of them. My sister reminds me a lot to do them... i just don't always do.

So everyone has many songs that make them think of summer. There are a few that are great, and a lot of them are of the hip hop/rap/r&b genre. We have a few rock/punk songs... and we is my sister and I seeing as she made the playlist. Dead by MCR is one that reminds me of summer because one, Camille cranked it all summer. two, my ex loved that song, and i couldn't stop listening to it because it reminded me of him. three, I love it anyway. So, today I've made some discoveries.
1) I have this newly thing that I can sit on the porch, fully concentrated and study... even when I start to smell of sweat and nerdiness.
2) I don't really suck that bad in the dreadful subject of math.. I got a 94% on my test... but I'm in applied so...
3) I didn't forget my parent's anniversary.
4) My dad encouraged me to take out a different instrument... specifically Alto Saxophone.
5) I failed my Vocab quiz in French. 8/20 isn't a good mark.
6) I'm smarter than I thought.
7) Move, Shake Drop is a pretty cool song despite women being exploited. =]


Anyway. I decided to write this completely random list because I don't want to study for exams or reherse my french exam... and that's oral. So yeah... band ended. That was a sad day. But it was really beautiful out. I had to direct parking for two days. My skin is no longer really really white... it has a nice pink tone in it now. Here's something interesting... my mother served David Lee Roth the other night... didn't know it until the day after. It was a funny story.

I'm relived that my grandmother is doing better and recovering quickly from her knee surgery. It was three weeks Friday.. and she can get around without her walker. It's just for short amounts of time though. I'm also currently looking for a job or or or a boyfriend to occupy me through the summer. Kidding... cause that made me sound like a little whore. Awesome. Just like old times.
